Returns and exchanges
- Sale items are final sale
- Returns accepted for 30 days
- Books must be in perfect condition to exchange
- Customer provides return shipping

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Store credit
Refunds are issued as store credit by default. Store credit can be applied to any future purchase at checkout when signed in to your customer account or using Shop Pay. Store credit does not expire. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@nottawacottagebookstore.ca and we will make it right, which may include a refund to your original payment method at our discretion.
